About these terms

These terms apply to this website and to photography and videography services booked with Capo Production. The specific details of your booking (coverage, deliverables and price) are confirmed with you directly before the shoot.

Bookings and dates

A date is held once we confirm it with you. Where a deposit applies, the date is reserved when that deposit is received. Dates are not held on unconfirmed enquiries.

Rescheduling and cancellation

If you need to move a date, tell us as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate it subject to availability. Deposits may be non-refundable where a date has been held and other work turned away.

Delivery

Edited photographs are typically delivered within two to three weeks, and films take longer because of grading and sound. Exact timelines are confirmed for your booking. Delivery is online unless another format is agreed.

Copyright and usage

We retain copyright of all images and film we create. You receive the right to use your delivered files personally: printing, sharing and posting. Commercial or advertising use by a business is agreed separately.

We may show work in our portfolio and on social media unless you ask us not to.

On the day

We ask for reasonable access, lighting and cooperation from your venue so we can do our job well. Where circumstances outside our control affect coverage (weather, venue restrictions, permits) we will find the best possible alternative.
